What's My Property's Worth?
Alan is knowledgeable and provided us with data and insights on why it was a good time to sell our apartment and then went on to Market our apartment.
He was thorough in taking photos and videos which best showcased our apartment.
He worked through the financials with us and helped us understand what our returns would be at different price points. Upon agreeing at a pricing, he went ahead and advertised our property.
We were fortunate to have a buyer within the first weekend of viewing and Alan did a good job of negotiating and liasing with the buyer’s agent.
Despite some hiccups with the buyer’s end, Alan helped us to navigate those challenges and was eventually able to secure everything in a timely manner.
I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an Agent who is data driven, professional and attentive.
He also value adds to my consideration with his in depth knowledge on marketing, and web design.
I’ve been working with Allan on various property related accounts since 2021 and have yet to encounter any challenges in my transactions. If you’re looking for a no BS and outcome-centric approach to third party services relating to your portfolio, or property in general; Allan is surely an agent worth considering in the space.
