He started with marketing and selling my parent’s unit and did such a fantastic job that when I was exploring whether to sell my flat and buy a new unit, I straightaway thought of him. When I contacted him about my flat, he responded quickly and arranged for a meeting to discuss our options. He’s knowledgeable about current market trends and what’s available. He gave us good advice on next steps. He also marketed our unit diligently and we sold at a reasonably good price. When we were looking to buy our new unit, we had some challenges as the unit that we initially shortlisted had some issues. Galvin provides some alternatives that we never considered before and we managed to find a unit that we really like and bought at a reasonable price. We have since settled in our unit for almost 8 months and have never been happier with our buy.

After Galvin spoke to us and understand our current situation, he quickly formalise a gameplay and arrange viewers within the short span of time. Our house were eventually sold within a month with 18 viewing arrange! In addition, we were surprise that he followed up closely during the COVID phase and also the completion date to ensure all things went smoothly. This is remarkable and we highly recommend him as your agent.

He was very detailed in his explanation and was really open about educating my friends/family even without the prospect of a sale. It also helped that he managed to snag a really good deal for me at the right time.
